The family announces with sorrow his sudden and unexpected death on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at the age of 53 years. Loving son of Jacqueline Lalonde (née Martin). Cherished partner of Gillian Fuller. Loving father of Steven Lalonde, father to Sarah, Laura, John and Molly McKeever. Beloved Poppa of Zoey, Carson, Aleyah and Kiara Lalonde. Survived by his brothers Richard Lalonde (Céline), Michel Toupin (Anik) and by his sister Claire Toupin-Gris (Jason). Henri will also be missed by his many friends, colleagues and by his extended family at camp. Henri enjoyed camping, cheering for the New York Islanders and spending time with his family who he loved. He was a selfless and kind man with a huge heart who was always willing to lend a helping hand. The family wishes to thank the First Aiders at Home Depot for their swift actions and care. To honour Henri's wishes, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
