With great sadness good friends announce the passing of William “Swede” Noel Lindskog at the age of 76 years. The only child of Rudolph “Norway” and Mary ‘Brezenski’ Lindskog both predeceased. Known by many simply as ‘Swede’, Bill was a kind and thoughtful sole and will be sadly missed by his many friends and acquaintances. He left a lasting impression on everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him. He worked as a Surveyor for many years at a local Engineering firm which exemplified his joy of the outdoors. He had a great fondness for music and in his later years spent many hours enjoying both older and newer literary novels, giving him a vast knowledge of current and historical events. He also received a great deal of pleasure from his love of dogs, hounds in particular, and conquering cryptic crossword puzzles weekly. Donations to the Canadian Red Cross will be warmly received and much appreciated. Cremation arrangements in the care of Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury.
