With the significant rise in the cremation rates over the last decade or so and with many families now preferring affordable and alternative options to traditional funerals, Simple Wishes of the North was created with that in mind.

Since we chose to operate from a smaller facility and require fewer staff members than traditional full-service funeral homes, our overhead costs are at a lower cost, allowing us to offer our services and merchandise at a competitive price.

The online Obituaries will serve as a place for visitors to post condolences, share memories, upload photos, and light candles in honour of your loved one.

Online Funeral Service Streaming

More and more are choosing to incorporate online technology. As family, friends, and loved ones may not always be able to attend a service, we can provide online live streaming of your loved one's service.

Sharing Service Details

We reduce the stress of contacting those who need the details of the service for your loved one. We post the service dates and times as part of the online obituary on our website. You can then either share the memorial on your Facebook or Twitter page or copy the site's details into an email or text. Both options give you the peace of mind that you have provided the necessary information to those who need it.

Memorial Donations

We provide the option for friends and family to make memorial donations to support the charity that was nearest and dearest to your loved one.
