Perrin, Agnes 1931-2021

 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Agnes Perrin (née Brideau), on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at the age of 90.

Beloved wife of the late Fernand Perrin. She is survived by her loving children Robert (Pauline), Lise Perrin-Gleissle (Robert), François (Monique) and Pierre (Colette). Predeceased by her children Paulette Perrin-Verdonk and Jean-Marc. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Julie (Darrell) Laliberté, Lynne, Angèle Verdonk (Dave), Maxine (Marc-Antoine), Meghan (Alessandro), Eric (Julia) and Christopher; and by her great-grandchildren Alexandre and Adele Laliberté.

She is survived by her sisters Claire (late René) Marleau and Annette (Roger) Barriault, all of Sudbury. Predeceased by her parents Valaire and Agnes (née Lebreton) Brideau, her brothers Alphé, George (late Annette), Gerard (Claire) and Edgar (late Pauline), as well as her sisters Yvette (late Félicien) Landry and Rita (Marcel) Beaudry.

Daughter in law to the late Joseph and Armandine Perrin. Sister in law to the late Gérald (late Denise), Jeannine (Eddy) Forget, René, late Léo (Ghislaine), and late Aline (late Mike) Kovalchek.

Agnes loved music, gatherings full of family & friends, a great game of Skip-Bo, and sunsets on Agnew Lake. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her and will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Lise Ménard for the amazing care and endless compassion she provided to Agnes all these years. They will also be forever grateful to the late Rolly McLean for his kindness and compassion. They would also like to thank the staff at Pioneer Manor for their care and support.

In accordance with Agnes' wishes, a Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 22nd, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at St-Jean-De-Brebeuf Church, Sudbury. Attendance is by invitation only. Arrangements have been entrusted with Simple Wishes of The North

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and/or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.

A la douce mémoire d’Agnes Perrin (née Brideau), 90 ans,

décédé le jeudi 18 novembre, 2021.

Elle était épouse bien-aimée de feu Fernand Perrin et laisse dans le deuil ses enfants Robert (Pauline), Lise Perrin-Gleissle (Robert), François (Monique) et Pierre (Colette). Elle est prédécédé par ses enfants Paulette Perrin-Verdonk et Jean-Marc. Affectueusement dans les pensées de ses petits-enfants Julie (Darrell) Laliberté, Lynne, Angèle Verdonk (Dave), Maxine (Marc-Antoine), Meghan (Alessandro), Eric (Julia) et Christopher; et ses arrières petits-enfants Alexandre et Adèle Laliberté.

Agnes laisse dans le deuil ses sœurs Claire (feu René) Marleau et Annette (Roger) Barriault. Prédécédé par ses parents Valaire et Agnes (née Lebreton) Brideau, ses frères Alphé, George (feu Annette), Gerard (Claire) et Edgar (feue Pauline), ainsi que ses soeurs Yvette (feu Félicien) Landry et Rita (Marcel) Beaudry.

Elle était la belle-fille de feu Joseph et feue Armandine Perrin. Elle était la belle-sœur de feu Gérald (feue Denise), Jeannine (Eddy) Forget, René, feu Léo (Ghislaine) et feue Aline (feu Mike) Kovalchek.

Agnes adorait la musique, se rassembler avec sa famille et ses amis, jouer un bon jeu de Skip-Bo et admirer les couchers de soleil au lac Agnew. Elle sera aussi dans la douce mémoire de ses nièces, neveux, amis et famille proches.

La famille tient à remercier chaleureusement Lise Ménard pour ses soins prodigués et sa compassion dévouée. Ils seront aussi toujours reconnaissants de l’appui et la compassion de feu Rolly McLean. Un merci au personnel du Manoir des Pionniers.

Selon les voeux d’Agnes, une messe funéraire aura lieu le lundi 22 novembre, 2021 à 10h à la Paroisse St-Jean-de-Brébeuf, Sudbury. La participation sera uniquement par invitation. Les arrangements ont été confiés à Simple Wishes of the North.

Au lieu de fleurs, un don à la Fondation des maladies du coeur et de l’AVC et/ou la Société canadienne du cancer sera grandement apprécié.
