Joki, Anja Miriam (née Lankila) 1928 - 2022
The family announces with sorrow her death in Sudbury, Thursday, November 24th, 2022 at the age of 93 years. Daughter of the late Lauri Lankila and of the late Aune Lankila (née Hukka). Wife of the late Jaakko Joki. Dear mother of Jarmo (Nicole), Norma Geeves (Robert), Steven (Elizabeth) and Kenneth. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Ryan, Jeffrey, Amanda, Robin, Ashton and Brayden. Sister of Irma, Airi and Arja. Predeceased by 7 siblings. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff at Extendicare for the compassion and care. A memorial service will be held on December 10th at 2pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3720 Municipal Road 80, Val Caron, ON P3N 1N2.
