VAILLANCOURT, Audrey (1939 – 2024)
It is with sadness that the family of Audrey Vaillancourt (née Jones) announce her passing in Sudbury, Saturday December 28, 2024, at the age of 85 years. Daughter of the late Joseph Jones and of the late Marie Jones (née St. Pierre). The loving wife of Eddie Vaillancourt. Dear mother of Bruce (Doris) and Jeffrey. She will also be missed and lovingly remembered by her six grandchildren, Adam (Ashton), Natasha, Dr. Jason (Emma), Jessica, Dillon and Connor. Dear sister of Patricia McBride (late Gerry), the late William, late Joseph, late Reginald, late Dolores, late Marion, late Edward, late Roy, late Gary, late Robert, late Jerry (Frances) and the late Pauline. Audrey is survived by many nieces and nephews.
A heartfelt thanks goes to Linda at Pioneer Manor and her staff on the second floor, Pine wing.
Audrey was a gentle, compassionate, loving person who was always ready to listen and help in challenging times. She was a top notch cook and mother. Her children always came first.
A funeral mass will be held Saturday May 10, 2025, at 12:00 pm at Our Lady of Hope Church. A link to the live service will be available on the day via https://ourladyofhope.ca/
