Aurore Dubé (née Labelle) (1929 – 2025)

With heartfelt sadness the family of Aurore Dubé (née Labelle) announces her passing in Sudbury, Monday October 6, 2025, at the age of 96 years. Daughter of the late Joachim and Dolorese Labelle (née Cardinal). Predeceased  by her first husband Louis Laquerre and by her second husband Gerald Dubé. Dear mother of Guy (Denise), the late Claude, the late Denis and daughter Joanne Turner (Bobby). She will be sadly missed and lovingly  remembered by her grandchildren Marc, Michel, Abbey, Craig, Rachelle and Justin as well as by her great grandchildren Gabrielle, Jacob, Lia, Lucas, Bree, Liam, Céline, Lilly, Ava, Hunter and her great-great granddaughter Isabelle. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Jeanne, Berthe, Germaine, Claire, Wilfred, Réne, Germain, Rose and Pauline.

Thank you to the staff at Finlandia for the excellent care over the years and to the staff at HSN who cared for her in her final days.   

Celebration of her life will be held Saturday October 11, 2025 after 11:30 am, followed by prayers at 12:00 pm at Simple Wishes of the North.

Cremation services provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury and Crystal Crematorium.
