SANDERS, Barbara (née Ouellette)
In loving memory of Barbara Sanders (nee Ouellette) 59 years, who passed away January 1, 2025, peacefully at hospice after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved daughter of Roland Ouellette (predeceased) and Sheila (nee Riley) of Sudbury. Loving mother to Cameron Sanders of Vancouver. Dear wife of Douglas Turgeon of Sudbury. Barb will be forever remembered by her siblings Gerry (Sherry Ruzic) of Calgary, and Carol (Matthew) Woodliffe both of Sudbury. Barb is predeceased by her brother Ron. Barb will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephew, Jaime Lyn, Grace and Brandon. Barb is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, friends and "adopted" childhood sidekicks of Cam's whom she always kept an open door to and a warm meal ready to whip up when needed. Dearly missed by her fur baby, Piper, and grand-Dogger, CJ, who stayed close by to nuzzle and comfort her on this journey.
At the request of the family, there will be no visitation or services.
