August 16th, 1951 – May 8th, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Barry J. Craig, on May 8th, 2026, at the age of 74.
Barry lived a life marked by hard work, loyalty, humor and a deep love for his family and extended family. Barry was a highly respected tradesman whose skill, knowledge, and dedication earned him the admiration of many. Throughout his career, he generously shared his expertise, guiding and mentoring to countless people entering the trade. He took pride in his work and in helping others succeed.
Known for his quick wit, sharp sarcasm, and unforgettable sense of humor, Barry had a way of making people laugh even during difficult times. Those who knew him will remember his honesty, his strength, and the unique personality that made him impossible to forget.
He was always willing to help those around him by sharing his knowledge and often by rolling up his sleeves to manually help. His love for his children, grandchildren and extended family was unwavering, and the moments shared with them were among his greatest joys.
Barry leaves behind his beloved partner and best friend, his children, grandchildren, and extended family, his cousins and dear friends who will all miss him deeply and remember him fondly.
Though he is gone, Barry’s lessons, laughter, and love will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
Forever remembered and deeply missed.
