1990 - 2021
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of Brianne Melissa Thomson on April 17, 2021 at the young age of 30.
Brianne is the cherished and much loved daughter of Janet Chartrand and Brian. Brianne will be deeply missed by her son Brock Thomson and will forever be in the hearts of her sisters, Sarah Chartrand and Gillian Joseph, as well as her two nephews Ryan and Luke. Brianne will be held in a special place in her fiancé and soulmate's heart, Justin McVey, until they meet again.
Brianne will be sadly missed by all of her aunts, uncles and cousins as well as her special group of friends that she always shared her life journey with, especially one of her best friends, Raquel.
Brianne had a soul older than her time and had the heart of an artist. Brianne was never afraid to stand out in a crowd and shine her own light. Brianne’s laugh was contagious and it will forever be longed to be heard again. Brianne saw the beauty in the rough and loved with her entire being.
She recently moved to Gore Bay with her fiancé, Justin where she found peace and a deeper connection with nature. There she acquired a new creative skill, she created beautiful wood burning pieces of art that she sold locally. Brianne embraced her surroundings that gave her so much comfort and inspiration.
Brianne made her mark in this world and will in the next. May the best pieces of Brianne live on in her son Brock and may she rest peacefully with all the loved ones that she deeply missed through the years.
We love you, we miss you, fly high our angel. Till we meet again.
