RANCOURT, Carolyn (1942 – 2024) (née Johnston)
It is with sorrow that the family announces the passing of Carolyn Rancourt in Sudbury, Monday December 23, 2024, at the age of 82 years. Daughter of the late Alex Johnston and the late Dorothy Johnston (née Crumb). Loving wife of Gerald Rancourt. Dear mother of Lori Chrétien (Jean Marc), Debbie Poirier (Richard) and Wayne Rancourt. She will be missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Stephanie Verilli (Paolo), Marc Chrétien, Chelsey Roberge (Vincent), Chad Larose (Natalie), Brad Rancourt and Nicolas Rancourt, Robert Poirier (Emilie Brunet Poirier), Francine Poirier (Harley Shipley), Emilie Pedneaud (Danny), as well as by her great grandchildren Greta, Rosa, Fallyn, Scarlet, Jack and Rhea Shipley. Dear sister of Judy Brisson (late Sylvio) and the late Doris Mourot (Louis).
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Cremation services provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury and Crystal Crematorium.
