RENAUD, Cécile (née Chevrier)

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the children announce the passing of their mother on Monday July 21st, 2025, at the age of 84 years. Wife of the Late Ivan Renaud.  Special mom to Denise (late Gaston Belanger), Paul (Pat) and Richard (Cathy). She is reunited with her two sons Donald (late Monique), Roland (Louise) and her great grandson River.  Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Natalie, Christina, Alain (Cheryl), Guy (Marielle), Julie, Sophie (late Shawn), Nicole, Serge, Chantal (Alexandre), Savannah,  Alyssa and her great grandchildren Massimo, Austin, Brandon, Brady, Renée, Aqualla, Zachariah, Michael, Ashton, Thalia, Riley, Tayden, Bianka, Giuliana,  Sienna, Malia, Ava, Chase, Edith, Elizabeth and Arthur.  Cécile was the youngest daughter of the late Edgar Chevrier and of the late Annette Chevrier (née Brosseau).  Predeceased by her siblings Jeanne (late Narcisse), Léo (Late Rosina) and Gabrielle (Aurèle).  Also survived by her many brothers in laws, sisters in laws, nieces and nephews. Cécile was a very friendly person and loved to meet new people.  She enjoyed travelling in her motor home, going camping and attending Jamborees with friends.  She loved music, especially singing with her brother and sisters. Cécile loved a good party, she was always receiving the family at Christmas and organizing family get togethers.

The family will receive friends on Monday July 28th, 2025, after 9:30 at Ste Marguerite d’Youville Church, Val Thérèse, followed by a funeral mass celebrated at 10am. Donations may be made to the Charity of your choice.
