Christina Lynn Nadeau (née Gallagher)
It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Christina Nadeau. Christina passed peacefully surrounded by family at the incredible Maison McCulloch Hospice on Thursday October 2, 2025. Christina left behind her doting and loving husband Mathieu Nadeau and her cherished babies Chayce (5) and Elliana (3). Christina will be sorely missed by her exceptional Mother, Cecile Brisson. Her grandparents of New Brunswick Yvonne and Arthur Landy (predeceased), her Godparents of New Brunswick Juliette and Kirk Warren. Her brother Marc Brisson (Kristen Mundell). Her soul sister Ashley Smith and nephew Parker. Her sister from another mister Lisa Hunter (Mike Stevens) and Annie to Lillia, Taryn, Michaela, Madison and Milo. Colette and Paul Mazerolle of Sturgeon Falls and her sister and brother in law Angele and Shawn Seguin and Auntie to Arya and Alek of Sturgeon Falls. Her bestie and shiny bait Liisa Jerome (TJ Warkus). Christina will also be missed by many, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
Christina was the kindest soul you could ever meet. Always willing to help whoever and however she could, she was the one you wanted in your corner. She was cheery by nature, and her presence brought joy to anyone she encountered. She loved being a mom so much, it was her greatest wish and she was the best mom anyone could hope for. Her laugh was contagious, her humour never waived. Christina dedicated her life to serving people. Her career began with the Rainbow School Board and Sudbury Developmental Services; from there she moved onto Child and Community Resources as an IBI Therapist. Christina then went back into education where she spent over 15 years as an Educational Assistant with Sudbury Catholic School Board. She spent 10 plus years at St. Charles College. She was very passionate about her job and was an invaluable support and strong advocate for many children. Christina was well loved by her coworkers and will be deeply missed by the school community.
A Celebration of her beautiful life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, 66 Edison Rd, Falconbridge. On Friday October 24 at 3 pm. Donations will be accepted in trust for Chayce and Elliana.
Cremation services conducted by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury and Crystal Crematorium.
