March 16th, 1939 – February 21st, 2026
In loving memory of, David Creasey who passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Sudbury at the age of 86.
David was the beloved husband of Gail Creasey (née Richer), who predeceased him. He was also predeceased by his brothers, Kenneth and Norman.
He will be deeply and lovingly remembered by his children, Debbie (George) and Jody (Eileen). David was a proud and devoted grandfather to Alisha (Sebastian) and Samantha, and a cherished great-grandfather to Jessie. His family was the center of his world, and he took great joy in the time he spent with his children and grandchildren.
David worked for many years as a dedicated electrician with IBEW Local 1687. He took pride in his trade and the work he did throughout his career. Outside of work, David enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He loved fishing and snowmobiling, and he and Gail shared many happy times together at Saturday night bingo. He also enjoyed playing the lottery and looked forward to those small but exciting moments of possibility.
David lived a quiet and steady life, marked by hard work, love for his family, and enjoyment of life’s simple routines. He will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved him.
As per David’s wishes, there will be no funeral service or visitation.
