Denise Savard

In loving memory of Denise Savard (nee Pilon) who passed away at Health Sciences North on Friday, May 4th, 2018 at the age of 65 years. Beloved wife of Richard Savard of Garson. Loving mother of Kristina Simms (husband James) of Hanmer and Ian Savard (wife Crystal) of Capreol. Cherished grandmother of Melanie (Joe), Josée (Aidan), Noah, Alexis and Ethan. Dear sister of Denis Pilon (wife Terri) of Sudbury and Richard Pilon (wife Joanne) of Orillia. Loving daughter of Germain Pilon of Sudbury and the late Jeannine (nee Marcotte). Denise was born in Sudbury on March 26th, 1953. Some of her favourite pastimes were camping, playing bingo and visits to Tim Horton's. She will be remembered as a very loving and caring woman who's greatest joy was being surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation. A celebration of her life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Crohn's and Colitis Canada or the NEO Kids Foundation in Sudbury, in memory of Denise, would be greatly appreciated.
