Donald Alistair Cameron Jr. Fraser
October 20, 1954- December 14, 2020
Don passed away after a lengthy illness at Health Science North, Sudbury, on Monday, December 14th, 2020 at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Kelly (nee Andruschuk) Fraser. Loving father of Joshua and Trista of Sudbury. Cherished “Poppa” of Adriana, Virginia, and Cameron. Dear son of the late Donald Fraser and of the late Francess “Fran” (nee McKenna) Fraser. Dear brother of Frances “Frank” Fraser of Hamilton and sister Margaret Collison (Geoffrey). Don will be missed by many close friends in southern Ontario and New Brunswick. He was an avid 10 pin bowler and golfer until he became confined to a wheelchair five years ago. He was a “die hard” Toronto Maple Leaf’s Fan since he was a young boy and use to hide on the stairs to watch the game with his younger brother on Saturday nights, hoping Mom and Dad wouldn’t catch them. Don played hockey as a child and youth for many years. Don will be sadly missed by family; friends and the family fur babies. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations to a charity of choice, the Sudbury Food Bank or Independent Living Sudbury Manitoulin would be appreciated. Cremation intrusted to Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury.
