MAROIS, Donna Dorothy (83)
March 7, 1942 – January 31, 2026
It is with broken hearts that our family announces the passing of Donna Marois, on January 31st, 2026.
For over 56 years, Donna was the beloved and loving wife of Ronald Victor Marois. Cherished mother of Glenn Michaud, Fay Campeau/Smith (Tim) and Jason Marois (Jennifer Harvey); grandmother of Jamie McIntyre (Alex), Kevin Campeau (Sarah Arnold Campeau), Ethan Marois, Andrew Marois and Jayelynn Michaud. Great grandmother of Henry Campeau and Owen Campeau; sister of twin brother Doug Hartry and Doreen Marcon. Pre-deceased by her daughter Shelley; and son-in-law Raymond Campeau; and her parents Harold and Dorothy Hartry; and in-laws William and Marie Marois. She was also mom to her cherished and much-loved cat, Pepsi.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by family and friends.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff of Health Science North, Sudbury.
As per Donna’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
Donations can be made in Donna’s memory to Crohn’s and Colitis Canada, Myasthenia Gravis Society of Canada or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada
Cremation services are provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury, and Crystal Crematorium.
