In loving memory of Greg McBain who passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home with his family by his side. Survived by his loving mother Lola McBain. He will be greatly missed by his best friend and love of his life Lisa, his daughter Kayla, son-in-law Cory and his special little granddaughter Darci. He will be remembered by all who knew him, and his spirit will live on through his wife, daughter and granddaughter who miss him dearly.
Greg will be remembered for his selfless character and infectious laugh. He had a heart of gold and always put the needs of those around him before himself. He lived a life full of fun and love. Many of Greg’s stories began with a fishing trip and ended with laughter over the mishaps that took place. These stories will continue to be enjoyed by those who were along for the adventure. In most recent years, Greg enjoyed his time at camp with his family; relaxing, cutting firewood and having fun on the water. He enjoyed his morning coffee on the dock with fishing rod in hand. Evenings were filled with euchre, campfires, and many great memories.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer. Cremation services provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury.
