The family announces with sorrow her death in Sudbury on Friday, April 8, 2022, at the age of 50 years. Treasured daughter of Gisèle (née Proulx) and the late Joseph Laplante. Loving spouse of Wade Miller. Cherished mother of Daniel and Andrew. Also left to mourn is her brother Normand (Chantale), many extended family and friends.
Hélène fought a short but courageous battle with cancer. She was kind and generous, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Burial will take place on May 19, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Civic Memorial Cemetery with a Celebration of Life to follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 76, Weller Street. Donations can be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society. Services provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury.
