Howard Morrison (July 22, 1948- March 8, 2025)

With great sadness, the family announces the passing of Howard Morrison at the age of 76, who passed away peacefully on March 8, 2025, in Sudbury surrounded by loved ones. He lived a life full of love, laughter and cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

Son of the late Wallace and late Virginia (née Jarbeau). Cherished father of Jeff (Tara), Rick, Marc and Martine (Daniel). Proud and devoted grandfather to Braeden (Kari), Kaleb, Mérik and one more on the way who brought him immense joy and happiness. He is survived by his loving brothers and sister, George (Denise), Hélène (Fernand) and Gary. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews as well as cousins.

Growing up Howard was known for his infectious smile and kind heart. He was always the first to lend a helping hand and his generosity touched the lives of many. Throughout his life, he had a passion for the outdoors. His love for fishing and hunting, spending time at his property in Markstay, watching the Jays and Leafs games and spending time with friends and family brought him so much joy. He was not only a role model for his children but also for anyone fortunate enough to cross his path.

Howard will be missed more than words can express; his love will forever shine brightly in our lives.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
