January 19th, 1947 – April 25th, 2026

In loving memory of Ingolf Christensen, who passed away on April 25th, 2026, in Hagar, Ontario, at the age of 79 years.

Beloved husband of Pauline Christensen (née Conrod), with whom he shared 59 cherished years. Son of Helga and Bert (predeceased) Christensen. Brother of Tonny (predeceased), Karen and Ron.

Loving father of Stacy (Percy) and Darrel. Proud grandfather of Keegan (Kyla), Alex (Dan Barrett), Randy (Sarah Carson), and Nathan (Marissa). Godson Jamie (Laurel). Special nephews Steven (Donna), Cory, Nicolas (Karly) and Michael. Special nieces Jen (Shawn), Jodie (Tom), Lidis, Dubinia, Kayla and Lou Lou.

Special friends Pouce (Charlotte), The Glanrille Boys, Jeff (Joanne), Jens and many more who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.

Ingolf will be remembered for his amazing strength, devotion to his family, and the joy he brought to those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He will also be remembered as the “Crazy Great Dane” to many people he met over this lifetime. He was in his glory at camp, hunting, fishing, playing cards or crib with his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026, between 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at 5746 Hwy 17 East, Hagar, Ontario.

Cremation services are provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury, and Crystal Crematorium.
