Joanne Houle (née Lafortune) (1965 – 2025)
With immense sorrow, the family of Joanne Houle (née Lafortune) announces her passing in Skead, Friday December 19, 2025, at the age of 60 years. Daughter of the late Gerard Lafortune and the late Lorraine Lagrandeur. Beloved wife of Dan. Loving mother of Megan (Ronnie) and Kayla (Chris). She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Luca, Bella, Roman, Lexa and Daemon. Survived by her brother Normand (Thérèse) and Jeannine Schwentner (Bob). Predeceased by her brothers Marcel (Annette) and Denis (Paulette).
Joanne dedicated her professional career to Laurentian University as the finance and payroll administrator.
Cremation services provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury and Crystal Crematorium.
