Dorion, John (Jean-André) 1949-2021
The family announces with sorrow his death at home in Levack, surrounded by his family, Monday April 26, 2021 at the age of 72 years. Son of the late Jean Baptiste and of the late Lina (née Matte) Dorion. Beloved husband of Carol Dorion (née Faragher). Dear father of Kennith, Andrew (Annette), Cheri Bouffard (Craig). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Ian (Jade), Zoe, Ava and Shay (Brodey). John is also survived by his sister Theresa Bastien (late Jerry). Predeceased by his siblings Bob (Carole), Claire Dumont (late Reinald), Doris Sarrazin (Duff), Mathilda Sarrazin (late Paul) and George. Retired from INCO, John enjoyed the outdoors, spending time at the cottage or fishing. Being with his family and fur grand-babies brought him a great sense of satisfaction. Due to pandemic conditions, a celebration of his life will be announced at a later date. Cremation services by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury.
