Laura Hales (née Walli)

(January 22, 1983 – January 30, 2026)

In loving memory of Laura Hales (née Walli), who passed peacefully surrounded by family at the Maison McCulloch Hospice on Friday, January 30, 2026. Loving wife of Rob Hales. Beloved mother of Paige and Adriana Hales. Cherished daughter of Daniel Walli (predeceased), wife Lisa Walli (Beauchamp), and mother Joanne Walli (Bourgeon). She will be deeply missed by her siblings, Pam Walli, Darren Walli (predeceased) and Sarah Walli (Jordan Lajeunesse). Laura will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many.

Laura was an exceptional dental assistant who took great pride in her work and always went above and beyond expectations/ Her greatest passions in life were her family, horses, playing volleyball, music, and spending time with friends.

Laura had the most vibrant and kindest personality, a genuine soul that could instantly light up a room. Her positive demeanor, contagious laugh and bright smile will forever be remembered.

The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers at the Maison McCulloch Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion. A special thank you to Dr. Pitre.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you perform one small act of kindness in Laura’s name. Bake something for a neighbor, call someone you’ve been meaning to reach out to, or simply offer a smile to a stranger.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

Cremation services are provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury, and Crystal Crematorium.
