Laury-Anne Charron April 10th, 1972- March 26th, 2025
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Laury-Anne Charron on March 26th, 2025, at age 52, surrounded by her loving family at Health Sciences North. Laury, a beloved mother, daughter, mémé, sister, aunt, and friend, who left us far too soon, known for her infectious spirit, strength, and love of life.
Laury was a radiant soul who touched the lives of everyone she met, and her warmth and kindness knew no bounds. She had an extraordinary ability to open her heart and home to those in need of comfort or companionship. Always seeking joy in the simple things and finding laughter even in the toughest times.
Laury prioritized her family above all else. Her greatest joy was spending quality time and making memories with the ones she loved. To her grandchildren, Laury was a proud, fun, and dependable mémé to Avery and Bo, as she would call them, her princess and her prince. Her free spirit and zest of life will leave a lasting impact. As per Avery and Mémé’s favorite movie, Moana, “there is nowhere they will go that she won’t be with them.”
Laury’s kindness and thoughtful heart was like no other. Laury had registered a star in honour of her grand-daughter, Avery Faith. The star with coordinates: RA: 00H 49M 48.8S DEC: +41°04’44.2”. As mémé had written, “My most beautiful little Princess. At night look up to the sky, find your star and Mémi will always be with you.”
As a mother, Laury was a constant source of love, support, and guidance to her daughters, Pamela Charron and Katelin Kennelly, and sons in laws, Brandon Bishop and Bryce Mclean. To her mother, Georgette Charron and late father, Aurel Charron, Laury was a loving daughter who carried forward their values of compassion, strength, and resilience. Laury was also a cherished sister, deeply loved by her brother Robert Charron and sisters Johanne Brosseau and Nicole Charron. A loving aunt, who will be missed deeply by all her nieces and nephews.
Her caring heart and nurturing qualities led her to a successful career as a nurse. Laury’s dedication and compassion put her residents’ care needs above her own. A part of her heart will always be with Pioneer Manor with those she cared for, and friendships that endured through time. As a special friend, Laury was a great companion and partner to Pierre Bois and their fur baby Nina, the good memories will always be remembered.
A big appreciation and gratitude to all those who had cared for Laury in the Intensive Care Unit at Health Sciences North, where she had received exceptional care. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. As Laury says, it’s never goodbye, it’s see you later.
A celebration of life will be held at a date to be determined.
On t’aime gros comme le ciel.
