Leo Leclair Obituary
The family announces with sorrow his death in Sudbury, Monday, June 15th, 2020 at the age of 56 years after a year-long battle with cancer. Son of Joseph Leclair and Gaëtane (née Poirier) Leclair (predeceased). Loving husband of Ginnette Leclair (née Rouleau). Dear father of Miguel and Isabelle. Also survived by his brothers and sisters Claude (Mary Ann), Joanne St Jean, Carmen Dillon (Michael), Denis (Nancy), Paul (Debby) and Albert.
Leo will be fondly remembered for his dedication to his family, his passion for his teaching, his comedic character, kind, fun-loving soul and his authenticity. He will be greatly missed by his family, nieces and nephews and friends.
An open house will be held to celebrate Leo's life at Ginnette & Leo's house on Monday, August 3rd. Friends and family are welcome to pop in anytime between 1-5 in the afternoon. Physical distancing measures will be in place for everyone's safety. Donations to the Leclair education fund for his children will be appreciated. Cremation arrangements in care of Simple Wishes of the North Sudbury.
