Lindsey Ruby (Rhodes) Groleau

It is with the Heaviest of Hearts that we announce the passing of Lindsey Ruby (nee Rhodes) Groleau on December 1, 2024 at the age of 44yrs.  Lindsey passed away peacefully in the home she loved surrounded by her husband and best friend Adam Groleau and her 3 beautiful children Gabriel (11), Adalyn (8) and Damon (6).  There are no words to express the sadness felt with this tremendous loss. 

Lindsey was the loving daughter of David & Glenda Rhodes (predeceased) and was adored by her two sisters Abbey Rhodes(Greg) and Penny Rhodes (Cortland). Lindsey is greatly missed by her parents in law, Ken Groleau (Louann) and Gale Hanson (Bruce). 

She will be forever cherished by many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.  Lindsey had a heart of Gold and the fight and determination of a true Warrior.  Her time on this earth was cut too short but her love and passion will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her. She was the brightest Star that will never be forgotten.  

Lindsey now joins her Parents and best friend Zanna in heaven where she will continue to play music and sing her heart out.  Lindsey very much believed in the power of energy and connection. She will continue to find ways to touch the lives of everyone she loved. Just look and listen for the signs.

The family would like you to join them in a Celebration of Lindsey’s life held on December 30, 2024 at the Wahnapitae Community Centre from 2-8pm. There will be refreshments and a light snack provided as well as a cash only bar. An honorary toast and speeches will be at 6pm.
