Lucien E. Laporte (1938 – 2025)
With heartfelt sadness the family of Lucien E. Laporte announce his passing in Sudbury, October 15, 2025, at the age of 87 years. Son of the late William Laporte and the late Rose Anna Laporte (née Therrien). Survived by his wife Ada Laporte (née Nelson) and his daughters Leslie (Dean), Wendie (Don) and Tracie (Dave). After many years working at Falconbridge Nickel Mines, he retired and enjoyed a life filled with travel, gardening and nature.
The family would like to thank the caring and supportive staff at Pioneer Manor.
As per Lucien’s wishes there will be no services.
