Huard, Marcel (1947-2023)
It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Marcel Huard in Sudbury, Wednesday March 1st 2023, at the age of 75 years. Son of the late Aurelien Huard and of the late Eva Huard (née Veaudry). Loving husband of Ghislaine Huard (née Guertin). Dear father of Nicole, Marcel Jr (Sharon), Marc (Anita), Angelle (Mike), Joey (Dianna), Shane, Daniel, Donald, and late Ashley. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by his siblings Robert (Doreen), Clément (Annette), Léo-Marie, Edmond (Lorraine), Gilbert (Nancy), Aurel-Debbie and Germain (Wendy). Survived by his sisters Evelyne, Denise (Chris), Rita and Linda (Nino) and survived by many nieces and nephews who loved him.
Marcel retired after a successful career as an Ironworker. Marcel had a love for bodybuilding which inspired his two grandchildren to follow in his footsteps Patrick and Andre Ducharme. Adored by his nephew Rob (Viper) who looked up to him and Bradley Miron his little helper. Sadly missed by pup Sierra.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Cremation services provided by Simple Wishes of The North, Sudbury.
