Mary Friend Obituary

Friend, Mary Ellen (née Brennan) (1942 – 2025)

It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Ellen Friend announces her passing in Sudbury, Sunday August 10, 2025, at the age of 82 years. Beloved daughter of the late Frances Brennan and of the late Mabel Brennan (née Fong). Loving wife of Arthur Bruce Friend. Adored mother of Keith (Martha), Kevin (Lynn) and Stephanie. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Tyler, Kassandra and Jayden. Survived by her brothers James and Thomas (Mary) and by her sister Anne (Valerie). Predeceased by her sister Sylvia (Vic). She will also be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews, and by her much-loved furry companions Kallie and Oreo.

Cremation services provided by Simple Wishes of the North Sudbury and Crystal Crematorium.
