HÉBERT, Mary (née Guérin) (1933 – 2025)

It is with sadness that the family of Mary Hébert (née Guérin) announce her passing in Sudbury, Sunday February 2, 2025, at the age of 92 years. Daughter of the late Léopold Guérin and Catherine Guérin (née Klein). Survived by her devoted husband of 74 years Raymond Hébert. Loving mother of Hélene Guérin (late Denis Guérin), Daniel Hébert (Pauline Raymond), André Hébert (late Linda Rochon), Laurent Hébert, Allan Hébert (Annie Breault), Freddy Hébert (Colette Raymond), the late Philippe Hébert, Michel Hébert (Linda Berthiaume), Pierre Hébert (Linda Mathieu). Mary will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her nineteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren and three great -great grandchildren. Predeceased by her two grandsons Robert Hébert and Tristan Hébert. Survived by her siblings Alice Séquin (late Alphège Séquin) and Wilfrid Guérin (Jacqueline Trépanier). Predeceased by her siblings Joseph Guérin (Yollande Roy), Evelyne (late Conrad Meilleur) Claude and Percy.

Mary enjoyed her quiet time, spending it at her little cabin watching nature’s wildlife.  She loved her fish fries, anytime there was one she would be there. In her younger days she enjoyed cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. She was a diligent worker all her life, working on the farm.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
