Melissa Roy Obituary
In loving memory of Melissa Eileen Roy, who passed away at home on Monday, December 15, 2025, at the age of 58.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband Sylvio, her son Steven Scott and his wife Ida Mainstone of Nanaimo, British Columbia, her daughters Tamara, and Samantha Batisse, both of North Bay, Ontario.
Melissa lived with an illness for a very long time, yet she always found joy in helping others. She was a kind and compassionate soul who cared deeply for her neighbors and friends and was always ready to help anyone in need.
In honor of Melissa’s life and generous spirit, the family invites those who knew her to perform an act of kindness this Christmas.
Cremation services are provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury, and Crystal Crematorium.
