Myron Bruce Harvey (1949-2025)
Myron passed away peacefully on March 21, 2025 in Terrace Bay, Ontario. Beloved husband of 29 years to Shirley (O’Reilly) of Schreiber, ON. Son of William and Katherine of Hagar (predeceased). Brother to Richard, Leonard, Billy, Glen and George (all predeceased). Brother to Donna of Hamilton, ON. Loving father to Chris (Veronique) of Gatineau, Que and Leigh-Ann of Toronto. Cherished Grandpa to Jermall, William, Abigail and Nora. Dear Stepfather to Jennifer (Mike) of London and Sheryl (Steven) of Murillo. Father in law to Peter (predeceased). Brother in law to Michael and Maxwell Miller (predeceased). Special Papa to Branden, Chase, Lexi and Garret. Also survived by his sisters in law Vivianne Harvey and Anne Miller.
He will be missed by many other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends Born in Sudbury, Myron grew up on the family farm in Wahnapitae and Hagar. He loved hockey, broomball, motorcycles and country music. He was a devoted sports fan, especially to his Toronto Maple Leafs. His occupation in mining took him all over Canada and the world. Always welcoming with his easygoing nature and the first to offer a warm smile and a cold beer; He will be missed dearly.
The family will welcome family and friends for a Celebration of life to be held on Saturday May 31st from 1:30-4:30 at the Warren Golden Age Club. 40 Rutland St, Warren, ON.
