February 20th, 1948 – April 12th, 2026

In loving memory of Patrick O’Hara, who passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side Sunday April 12, 2026, in Sudbury.

Patrick is the beloved husband of Carmen O’Hara (née Metthé), loving father to Kelly and Jill (Derrick Blair), and beloved Poppy to Hudson and Addison. He was the son of the late John and Virginia O’Hara.

He will be fondly remembered as a special uncle to his nieces and nephews. Patrick is predeceased by his dear brother Larry (Liz), and sister Charlotte (Bruce Luby). He is survived by his sister Sandra (Boyd Stankey), and his brothers Tom (Suzanne), and Earl (Andrea).

He will also be lovingly remembered by his many dear friends from camp in French River, where countless memories were made, and friendships cherished.

Patrick enjoyed spending time with his family, ironwork, tinkering in the garage, going to camp (where he tried to fish), and working as a tester for CWB.

There will be no service or visitation, but a celebration of life is planned for the summer.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who knew and loved him.
