Peter Podschun

Peter Podschun (1961 – 2025)

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of their dear brother Peter Podschun on May 2, 2025 at the age of 63 years. Peter was born on September 11, 1961 to Jutta and Erwin Podschun (predeceased). He is survived by his siblings Katja Kolly (Ray Kolly predeceased), Ellen Labelle (Robert Labelle), Ingrid Kennedy (Robert Sauve), Victoria Buckingham (Michael Buckingham), and his Twin brother Paul Podschun.

Beloved uncle and great uncle to Ryan Labelle, Jennifer Labelle, Kylie, Colton, Alanna Kennedy, David LaFlamme, Taelon, Elaira, Angela and Kevin Sartor, Blake, Audrey, Dillon and Kyle Seguin, Brett Leahy, Jordon and Dylan Buckingham.

Peter was a kind soul who enjoyed many things like camping and fishing at his parents’ cottage. He was a great cook which he learned from his mother. He was a car enthusiast who worked in the car industry for 25 plus years.

Peter will always be remembered as a kind person with a gentle soul.

The families would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Health Sciences North for all their care and compassion at a very difficult time.

Peter will be cremated, and the family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
