Phillip Waugh
July 8th, 1983 – March 25th, 2026
In loving memory of Phillip Waugh, who passed March 25th, 2026, in Sudbury, at the age of 42 years.
Phil will be deeply missed by his son Colson Noble, his parents Randy (Linda) Waugh and Sharon (Owen) Cashmore.
Phil was the older brother to Craig, Corey, Mike and Jeff, as well as an uncle.
A familiar and friendly face in the downtown community, Phil was well-known for his gentle heart and kindness to others. Through his little venture "Downtown Phil", he shovelled snow, assisted market vendors and kept walkways safe. Phil also had a passion for tinkering with anything mechanical, a skill he truly enjoyed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Simple Wishes, 1106 Kingsway Blvd, Sudbury, ON on Monday, April 6, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 PM
Donations in his memory can be made to the Sudbury Community Outreach program at insudburywecare@gmail.com.
Cremation services provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury and Crystal Crematorium.
