Gauthier, Richard, E (1951-2022)
It is with great sadness that the family of Richard E Gauthier, announce his sudden passing, on Sunday, December 25th, 2022, at the age of 71 years. He passed after a brief battle with cancer at Health Science North Sudbury, with the love of his family surrounding him.
Son of the late Leon and Rose Gauthier. Cherished father of Julie Thibodeau (Martin) and Randy Gauthier. Richard will be lovingly remembered by his granddaughter Vanessa Thibodeau (Daniel). Richard was to be a great grandfather in April 2023.
Richard will be sadly missed by his brothers and sister, Roger (Lyne) Gauthier, Marcel (Lisette) Gauthier, Jo-Anne Varin (Marc) and his many nieces, nephews and friends.
Richard did not wish to have a funeral mass or a celebration of life, he simply wanted those who knew him to treasure his memory. The most wonderful places to be in the world are someone’s thoughts, someone’s prayers, and in someone’s heart. Memories remind us that nothing lasts forever. Time is precious and should not be wasted. Enjoy life and remember don’t count the days, make the days count. Cremation services provided by Simple Wishes of the North.
