Richard Joseph Mei March 27, 1950 - May 14, 2025
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Mei, who passed peacefully on Wednesday May 14th, 2025, at the age of 75 surrounded by his loved ones. Born on March 27th, 1950, in Sudbury Ontario, Rick was a loving husband to Susan Mei (nee MacDonald), cherished father to Heather Mei (Gregg) and Jennifer Mei Fisher, and revered grandfather to Wyatt Kolodinski and Austin Fisher. He was predeceased by his parents Ricardo and Agnes Mei (nee McMenamin).
Richard loved spending time on Manitoulin Island with his family and friends. He was known for his sense of humor and lived his life with no regrets.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at the HSN Cancer Center.
