Rodolphe Tambeau

In loving memory of Rodolphe "Rudy" Tambeau who passed away at Health Sciences North in Sudbury on Saturday, September 24th, 2016 at the age of 71 years. Beloved husband of Sharon Tambeau (nee Donnelly) of Sudbury. Loving father of Denis Tambeau of Timmins, Paul Tambeau of B.C., Greg Clark of Sudbury, Troy Clark of Sudbury and Tiffany Tambeau (husband Mark Keeping) of Gatineau. Cherished grandfather of Samantha, Kayla, Kevin, Cynthia, Halley, Ruby, Xarian, Joshua and Miles and great-grandfather of 4. Dear brother of Claudette Rousseau (late husband Rhéal) of B.C., Claude Tambeau (wife Monique) of Timmins, Thérèse Cloutier (husband Michel) of Timmins, Diane Tambeau of Timmins, Charles Tambeau (wife Aline) of Timmins and Yvon Tambeau (wife Desneiges) of Timmins. He was predeceased by his sister Hélène Champagne (late husband Gaston) and by his brother Robert Tambeau (surviving wife Marianne of Timmins). Also left behind to mourn his passing is his former spouse Lorraine Tambeau of Timmins and many nieces and nephews. Rudy was born and raised in Timmins, the son of Charles and Yvonne (both predeceased). For the last 30 plus years, he had been a resident of Greater Sudbury. Some of his interests included cooking, baking, watching sports such as car races and hockey. He was a big fan of the Montreal Canadiens. Rudy was never too busy to help anyone in need. He will be remembered as a very kind and caring individual who loved to play jokes and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. As per his wishes, there will be no public visitation. Cremation at Lakeview Crematorium. All relatives and friends are invited to join the family for a celebration of Rudy's life that will take place at the Croatian Centre (571 Kathleen St., Sudbury) on Friday, September 30th, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
