Roger Labelle

It is with great sadness that the family announces his passing on Tuesday, August 29th 2023 in Sudbury at the age of 68 years.  Son of late Maurice and of the late Jeanne (née Rice) Labelle.  Beloved husband of Suzanne (née Béland) Labelle.  Loving father of Justin Labelle and Christopher Labelle. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Caitlyn and Cayla.  Survived by his siblings, Marcel (late Pauline), Françoise Désormeaux (Roger), Monique Filo (John), Michel, Rémi (Sherry), André (Charlotte), Sylvio (Shelley). Roger was predeceased by his brother Denis.  Roger was also survived by his in-laws Jean Yves and Roberta Beland, brother in-laws Steven Beland (Deb), Marc Beland (Tracy), Richard Beland and sister in-law Catherine Beland. Predeceased by his sister in-law Margot Desormeaux (Beland).  Roger will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews.

Roger worked for many years at Weston's Bakery. He was a dedicated employee who cared about his work and set high standards.  Roger's greatest pastime was watching the news and updating everyone, he also enjoyed his long chats with his sons, watching game shows and cooking shows with his brother Michel.  Roger's sister Francoise visited weekly bringing little gifts for Roger... cookies etc.

I would also like to give a special thank you to my best friend Adrienne who was there for us all during this difficult time. Roger's fur friend aka/ puppy/ guard dog Tank misses him also.  Roger will be deeply missed by all.

Roger, you will forever be in our hearts. We love you and miss you so much.
