BELANGER, Ronald William (1939-2025)
The family announces with great sorrow the passing of Ron Belanger in Sudbury, Monday April 21 2025, at the age of 85 years. Son of the late Hormidas Belanger and of the late Simone Belanger (nee St-Pierre). Beloved wife of 63 years to Jackie Belanger (nee Racine). Cherished father of Marc (Louise) and Nicky. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his granddaughter Julie (Jeremy) as well as by his great grandchildren Chelsea, Gaven and lzabella. Beloved brother of the late Claudette (Ron). Beloved brother-in-law to Yvette (Armand predeceased), Madelaine (Richard), Suzie (Doug), Carmen (Don predeceased) (Roger), the late Richard (Linda), the late Micheal (Jocelyne) and the late Danny. Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Ron worked for 36 years at National Grocers where he retired in 2002. He spent the rest of his life enjoying family, friends and his many fur-babies.
As per Ron's wishes there will be no visitation or service.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
