LAFORTUNE, Shane (1986-2024)
It is with great sadness that the family of Shane Lafortune announce his passing in Sudbury, Thursday November 7, 2024, at the age of 38 years. Loving son of Carol Dorion and the late Jack LaFortune. Dear brother of Robert (Lisa) and Laura (Claudias). Special friend to Estelle Blais. Dear uncle of Keegan and Akiera. Shane will also be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many cousins; as well as, by his aunts and uncles Janis Brisson (Moe), Donna Dorion (Randy) Sandy Dorion (Neil), Bobbie Jo Dorion and Joey Dorion. Loving companion of his dog Charlie.
Shane loved the outdoors camping, fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed sports and playing video games.
Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
