1950 – 2021
The family announces with sorrow her passing on March 24, 2021 at the age of 71. She was born on January 29th, 1950, the daughter of Eva Gibeault (neé Chartrand) and Delphis Gibeault. Stella leaves behind her lifelong partner of 30 years Henry Legault. Loving mother of Lynda Rainville (Don), Debbie Williams (David) and Tammy Douglas (Terry). Cherished Grandmother to Christale Therrien, Michel Taillefer, Jessy-lee Giroux and Codey Douglas (Autam). Great-grandmother to Nicholas O’Brien, Jeremie O’Brien and Adrian Henry. Also survived by her sisters Pauline (late John), Elizabeth (late Gilles), Rollande, and brothers Fred, Michel (Monique) and Normand (Brenda). She is predeceased by her siblings Aline (Raymond), Victor, Richard and Thérese. She will be missed dearly by many extended family and friends. Stella was very family oriented; she loved her having her family with her. She also loved playing bingo and was the life of the party. She had a big heart and did a lot of volunteer work around the community. Cremation services provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury.
