Depatie, Steven (1988-2025)
Our hearts are heavy, our love is strong.
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Steven Depatie, who left us on June 22, 2025 at the age of 36.
Beloved father of Cohen and Kenya Lachance, cherished son of Deena Depatie (Russel McAllister) (Late Marcel). Dear brother of Sarah Perreault (Jason Hammell) (Late Gregg) and a loving uncle to Aiden Perreault. Special nephew of Cathy Castanza (Steve Rinneard) and cousin Micheal Glass (Jessica).
Born on December 3, 1988 in Sudbury, Steven was a kind, generous, and hardworking soul whose smile and sense of humor brought light and joy wherever he went. He had a way of making those around him feel welcome and loved. His warm heart, gentle spirit, and joyful presence touched everyone who knew him.
Steven will be deeply missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on June 26, 2025 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Club Accueil Age d’Or 64 Notre Dame St. E Azilda, On.
Though his time with us was far too short, the love and light Steven shared will remain with us always. His kind and caring nature continues even in passing, as he has given the gift of life to others through organ donation.
