In Loving Memory
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Steven Richard Duchesne, aged 61, after a courageous battle with cancer. He departed this life on May 24, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories. Born on December 13, 1963, Steve was a devoted husband and father. His laughter, wisdom, and compassion touched the lives of so many, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him. Steve was a proud member of the Coniston Lions Club and the driving force behind their first ever bowl-a-thon. With just over six years of military service and more than a decade of work in community living with adults with disabilities, Steve impacted many lives. Steve is survived by his wife Lisa Ridler and two children Keara and Jerode, who will forever treasure the moments shared and the lessons learned from this remarkable soul.
We invite you to join us in celebrating the life of Steven Duchesne.
We will be having a Burial service at 10:00 am for family and friends if you would like to join us at Ste. Bernadette Cemetery, Bluesea Road Bonfield ON P0H 1E0.
