Chartrand, Thérèse (née Lebeau)

The family announces with sorrow her death in Sudbury, Sunday December 27th, 2020, at the age of 88 years. Daughter of the late Willie Lebeau and of the late Anysie Beaudry. Wife of the late Albert Chartrand. Most loved and cherished mother of Lorraine Brubacher (Roger), Nicole Joki (Jarmo), Louise Chartrand, Françine Müller (Antoine), Normand Chartrand (Shirley) and the late Carmen.  Thérèse will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Craig (Autumn), Nathan (Nicole), Ryan (Abigail), Jeffrey (Julianne), Geneviève, Fabien, Laura (Quentin Cornaglia), Cynthia (Sebastian Beilstein) and her great grandchildren Annalise, Savanah, Brooklyn and Adelyn.  Survived by her sister Françoise Chrétien (Jean Marc), predeceased by her brothers Ferdinand, Vital, Germain and Raymond. Also survived by her many nieces, nephews and by her numerous friends. 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of our dearest mother. She was an exemplary mother and wife, full of love, very devoted and kind, meek, humble, generous, and hospitable. She lived for others, for her God Jehovah, for her husband and her children; very rarely for herself. She will remain an example for all.

She leaves as a legacy the example of her virtues, especially her great love, her humility, her patience, and her endurance in times of trial.

Therese very much appreciated life and the beautiful creation of her Grand Creator Jehovah and his wonderful promises as found in the Bible. She was eager to live in the promised paradise earth where there will be no more mourning, nor outcry, nor pain, and where all the woes of this earth will be done away with. (Rev. 21:4) She was also looking forward to the day in God's paradise earth where she will for the first time be able to hold in her arms her little Carmen who passed away during childbirth. The family wishes to express sincere gratitude for all the tender love and caring from the most devoted staff at Pioneer Manor. Cremation services provided by Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury.

C'est avec le cœur gros que nous annonçons la mort de notre chère bonne maman le dimanche 27 décembre 2020 à l’âge de 88 ans. Fille de feu Willie Lebeau et de feu Anysie Beaudry. Épouse chérie de feu Albert Chartrand. Mère bien-aimée de Lorraine Brubacher (Roger), Nicole Joki (Jarmo), Louise Chartrand, Françine Müller (Antoine), Normand Chartrand (Shirley) et de feu Carmen. Son souvenir restera gravé dans la mémoire de ses petits-enfants Craig (Autumn), Nathan (Nicole), Ryan (Abigail), Jeffrey (Julianne), Geneviève, Fabien, Laura (Quentin Cornaglia), et Cynthia (Sebastian Beilstein). Sœur de Françoise Chrétien (Jean Marc) ainsi que ses arrières petits-enfants Annalise, Savanah, Brooklyn et Adelyn . Prédécédée par ses frères Ferdinand, Vital, Germain et Raymond. Lui survivent également plusieurs neveux, nièces et amis. Les services d’incinérations sont confiés à Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury.

Elle a été une mère et une épouse exemplaire et pleine d'amour.; très dévouée, douce, humble, généreuse et hospitalière et démontrait beaucoup d'appréciation pour le moindre des gestes. Elle a vécu pour les autres; pour son Dieu Jehovah, pour son époux et pour ses enfants; très rarement pour elle-même. Elle restera un modèle pour tous.

Elle nous laisse comme héritage l'exemple de ses vertus; tout spécialement son grand amour, son humilité, sa patience et son endurance face aux épreuves.

Elle tenait beaucoup à la vie et avait une appréciation spéciale pour la création de son Grand Créateur Jehovah et pour les merveilleuses promesses qu'il nous donne dans la Bible.

Elle avait hâte de vivre dans le paradis terrestre promis ou il n'y aura plus ni cri, ni deuil, ni douleur, et où tous les malheurs de ce monde auront disparu. (Rev. 21:4). Elle avait tellement hâte d'être réunie, dans le futur paradis terrestre promis, avec sa petite Carmen décédée durant la naissance, et qu'elle n'a jamais pu tenir dans ses bras.

La famille désire exprimer des sincères reconnaissances pour les excellents soins que Thérèse a reçus du personnel très dévoué, durant son séjour au Manoir des Pionniers.
